The Rotary Club of Jacksonville proudly announces its annual Oktoberfest celebration, which will take place at the Morgan County Fairgrounds in Jacksonville, Illinois, on Saturday, September 21st, from noon to 7:00 p.m.Enjoy live music, games, activities and contests will occur throughout the day, including a bags tournament, a keg toss contest and much more!
