The Jacksonville African American History Museum’s annual community celebration returns this Saturday, August 15, from 1–4 PM, bringing an afternoon of food and traditions from different cultures, live entertainment, games, raffles and museum tours.
And yes, you’ll want to come hungry. These photos from past celebrations should tell you why. 😉
🎟 Admission is $15 for adults and $5 for children 8 and under.

The last Sundays of summer are sounding pretty good in Jacksonville!
The Pilot Club of Jacksonville’s FREE Concerts in the Park continue throughout August, with live music every Sunday evening at 6 PM.
IMPORTANT LOCATION CHANGE FOR THIS SUNDAY, AUGUST 9: Terry Brennan’s concert has been moved to First Baptist Church.
