Support Small Businesses & You Can Win!
Experience Jacksonville, IL, this holiday season during the Shop Small, Win Big! campaign. This new initiative is designed to support local businesses, encourage holiday shopping and dining, and celebrate the joy of exploring Jacksonville.
Beginning on Black Friday, Nov. 28, and running for three consecutive weeks ending on Friday, Dec. 19, participants submitting a receipt to the Jacksonville Area CVB will have the chance to win $250 — and the businesses listed on the winning receipt will also receive $250!

Weekly Prize Drawings
- One $250 shopper winner will be selected each week.
- The local business listed on the winning receipt will also receive $250.
How to Enter
Shoppers who spend $25 or more at any small, locally owned business or restaurant in Jacksonville may submit their receipt for entry. Visitors — i.e., anyone residing outside Morgan County — will receive two entries per receipt with proof of residency.
Receipts may be submitted by:
- Sending a photo to the Jacksonville Area CVB via private message on Facebook or Instagram
- Emailing a photo to [email protected]
- Texting a photo to 217-371-2602
Participants should include their name and contact information with each receipt submitted. Campaign details and winner announcements will be shared at JacksonvilleIL.org and on the Jacksonville Area CVB social media pages.
