The Crisis Center Foundation in Jacksonville, Illinois will help you understand the effects that domestic violence can have on one’s well-being and will help provide attendees with the necessary tools and programs available in times of need.

This program will cover:
• Domestic Violence education
• The effects of abuse on a person
• How abuse can show up in our mental health
• Ways to take care of ourselves after abuse and trauma
• Ways to empower ourselves
