Through Lincoln Land Community College-Jacksonville, embark on a journey of calm, connection, and creativity June 9-12th. Through gentle yoga and mindful breathing, you will learn how to quiet your mind, listen to your heart and move with intention. Each day we will explore fun and simple ways to be present — from stretching like the sun in morning yoga to practicing gratitude under the shade of a tree. You will discover how to find stillness, express emotions through movement and cultivate kindness.

Grades 1 – 3. 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Grades 4 -6, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
