Heartland Bank & Trust Independence Day 5K Run/Walk

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a dash through nature! The annual Independence Day run at Nichols Park is back on July 4 at 7:30 AM.
The event sponsored by Heartland Bank will be a 5K run, walk and fun run from Nichols Park through Jacksonville and South Jacksonville and back.
The 5K run and walk starts at 7:30 AM, and the fun run for those 12 and under starts at 8:15 AM.
The cost is $25 for the first person by June 27th, and $12 for an additional family members.
Entry forms are available at Heartland Bank, and questions can be directed to Breck Van Bebber or Marty Copeland.
Awards will be given in multiple categories in each age group for men and women.
All proceeds from the event go to Prairieland United Way.
