Think it’s too late to start gardening for the year? THINK AGAIN! Fall gardening is a productive second growing season for cool-weather crops.  There is still plenty of time to get some quality crops throughout the fall and even into the start of winter. Join us at the Jacksonville Public Library as U of I Extension Horticulture Educator Ken Johnson teaches us how to clean out old summer plants, add fresh compost to your soil, and plant cool-loving greens, root vegetables, and autumn flowers.  We will also learn helpful fall gardening tips!
