Morgan County Audubon Society will host its annual bird banding day February 10 in Murrayville.

The free event will allow participants to take part in catching, banding and releasing birds. Banding is a non-invasive way to study birds and their natural behavior.  It also allows birds to be studied up close.

Banding will be done under the supervision of ornithologist Vern Kleen from 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM February 10 at Happy Hollow in Murrayville.
