Hosted by the Morgan County Health Department at the JHS Bowl on Thursday, October 5 from 1 to 6PM and Friday, October 6 from 10AM to 2PM. Serving clients age 6 months and older.

Cost is $0 out of pocket with most major insurances, including Medicare Part B and Illinois Medicaid. Must provide proof of insurance at the time of service.
